Service

MD Scientific has their own service engineers, who have long-standing experience servicing a large number of different advanced laboratory instruments, and we can therefore offer you a comprehensive service programme:

  • installation
  • testing
  • calibration
  
  • validation
  • repair
  • maintenance

In addition we can offer analytical and technical service as well as expert advice.

Service agreements

After the expiration of the warranty period of the instrument, MD Scientific offers various service agreements:

  1. Service with payment as per account rendered plus travel expenses.

  2. All-inclusive service agreement is available for a period of one year or multiple years, and covers all the expenses associated with instrument repair, including spare parts and labour.

  3. Other individual agreements according to the need of the customer.

Our competent and experienced service engineers attend courses regularly at our suppliers so they are up-to-date with the latest equipment and methods.

Courses

MD Scientific offers comprehensive hands-on courses regularly for both new and more experienced users for the following instruments:

  • Viscotek's GPC detectors
  • Paraytec's UV imaging detectors
  • Gonotec's osmometres

Experienced staff from both MD Scientific and one of the companies above are in charge of the teaching.
At the courses the following areas will be covered:

  • practical demonstration of the use of the instrument in question
  • theoretical and practical aspects
  • the latest methods
  • questions from the participants
